So sorry, monsieur! Encouraging words, however. Now...rest and take care of yourself.

Thanks so much everyone... I'm really hoping to take it easy for the rest of the weekend. I don't work Mondays, so I usually sub. My VP called me in for a grade four classroom earlier last week, but I decided it would be best to ease into Monday. If I'm well, I might just pop into my two schools and see how things went, and where I can go from there for the rest of the week. Tuesday I only teach in the morning, so it should be a nice way to ease into the week.

This position is one I see as a dream job as well and am going back to school to get my master's in. Im curious to know what questions were asked during the interview? I'm sorry you didn't get the job. If the pay is in line with your budget, I think you need to consider the mentoring team. This will allow you to prove your abilities and when the next opportunity becomes available, you may get it.

I was so sick when I did the interview, but I'll try to remember the questions.
1. What experience through education, PD or training do you have that would be relevant to this position?
2. How would you plan school-wide PD?
3. How would you help a teacher with incorporating technology into their classroom?
4. What characteristics are important for a tech mentor?
That's all I can recall at the moment.
