Mine too! Actually, it has gotten worse and I can't eat apples anymore. My throat starts to swell and I have a bad allergic reaction. I never used to!

Me too! Though, I can eat them if they are in fruit salad with either lemon or pineapple juice on it. Strange, but it works.

And back to word play and metaphors...as a result of the metaphorical 'pushing back' to which I referred earlier, the committee whose meeting I attended is revamping their norms and procedures....sometimes the 'squeaky wheel gets the grease' and it's worth it to 'rattle a cage'
